2010 Birthday Marathon for Bri, Rog, John and Freddie [message #3618]

Ok so I have racked my brain for a year as to what to do for Brian's birthday and John's this year. They are the only 2 members AQ has not done anything for their birthday.
So tonight I have finally got the perfect present and I want to extend it to Roger and Freddie on their birthday's this year too.
I want to hold a open your vaults marathon on their birthdays.
This means that all the big time collectors/sharers out there that are part of our community or just like the idea release something in their vaults that they have on Brian (on his birthday) John (on his birthday) Roger (on his birthday) and Freddie (on his birthday)
It does not have to be mega rare let's just make it that it is not up on youtube yet that should be a fair enough criteria for you all.
So coming close to the date of John's birthday upload your uncommon piece of footage you have that relates to John on youtube either post your youtube link on here and I will do the rest.
If you are in facebook my idea is that all of us that are releasing material for each of the birthdays also posts all the youtube links that each collector has released their material on - on their facebook wall. This should go over 2 days it works as Australia will release first followed by the northern hemisphere the next day (for us anyway)
If you want to do this and are not on the forum and not on facebook email me your link I will post it up for you etc aussiequeens@aussiequeens.com
Come on we are all getting older we have to give a bit every now and again.
If you are good at editing footage you can tag your footage with your name and what the release is for so we can mark it all over youtube for the event.
So the birthdates of the guys are Brian May: 19 July (already done) Roger Taylor: 26 July (already done)
John Deacon: 19 August (already done)
Freddie Mercury: 5 September
Hoepfully Icarus and I won't be the only ones sharing material for this one.
Please pass this link around to those you know have big collections of Queen footage or uncommon stuff.
We only need one release per collector per Queen member.

well all the big collectors seem to be quiet on our latest project so let's just open it all of you if you have any footage on Brian just upload it to youtube on his birthday let AQ know the url for your upload only need one upload per Queen member. Come on...it seems the collectors are sitting on their hands and material again...yawn....let's get this project going hopefully fans with any Bri footage can get involved.

We have had a release from Luke Mullens too. Very big thanks to Luke. It is uploaded on Facebook video's only at this stage...asking if he will upload to youtube...I think he had issues with youtube.
